Prepaid Rate Information

​Standard Rate Card = 1-9 hrs ($150)
Small Projects = 10-25 hrs ($135)
Medium Projects = 26-49 hrs ($120)
Large Projects = 50+ hrs ($95)

Prepaid discounted/bundled labor pricing listed above. Extra or unused labor hours will be saved to your production bank for use anytime. Our producers, designers, and media professionals will be available for your project needs upon request. You may use hours across departments as desired. Payments are non-refundable but the hours never expire. This is a great way to stay on budget and save over 35% from our standard rate card pricing. We are efficient and affordable for you. Optionally, we can simply track production hours and bill you at $150/hr for HD Videography, Editing, Design, Multimedia, Apps, Websites, Etc. Text or call anytime at 269.343.1000.

Transfers?  Drop off your project to the UPS Store in Portage, Michigan

We transfer videotapes to USB drive in mp4 video format.  The price is $25/per transfer and multiple files can be saved to one single USB drive.  You may add a DVD for an additional $25/per transfer.  To get started, simply drop your project to the UPS Store location in Portage, Michigan next door to Target Store.  We pickup and drop off daily from our production office in Portage.  You can plan on about a 7-10 business day turnaround time, but we can always work with you on special deadlines.
