The contractor promises to abide by the laws and fulfill the duties required within this agreement. Independent contractor has been hired to provide duties assigned by the on-site producer involving; set-up, technical assistance, control room activities, and any other responsibility requested. Independent contractor agrees to dress appropriately (no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, or logos) and be professional at all times. The contractor agrees to be available for up to 8 hours on-site/per game. *

Production/On-Site Training session may be required prior to or after the first event. All arrival times are subject to change. I promise to fulfill and complete the job as described above as a sub-contractor hired by Absolute Video & Multimedia and understand that I cannot work as a subcontractor or employee in any role for any WMU videoboard or project for a period of 2 years after the end of this agreement. *

The contractor will be paid in 3 equal installments between September 15th - November 30th of this calendar year at the rate agreed upon. Payments will be distributed upon WMU payments to Absolute Video & Multimedia.
