The mission of ADMETRx is to improve decision-making in drug discovery by providing high-quality ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) profiling, data integration, analysis, and predictive in silico modeling in lead selection and optimization. ADMETRx utilitzes a high degree of automation to support improved efficiencies in assay robustness, modularity, and reproducibility, and integration of data management and analyses with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and cheminformatics platforms. Drawing from more than 50 years combined experience in big pharma, ADMETRx facilitates the transformation of in vitro ADME information from data, to knowledge, in order to guide the selection of developable drug candidates.
